This 28cm saute pan features a PFAS-free, PFOA-free and PTFE-free ceramic non-stick coating over a recycled aluminium body, giving cooks a healthier way to sear, braise and simmer without synthetic chemical coatings.

Built with a stainless steel base and stainless steel handles, the pan heats quickly and evenly across gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops. Measures 28cm diameter, 55.7cm total length and 14.4cm high. The tempered glass lid traps moisture during slow cooks and includes a steam vent plus a built-in pour spout for draining excess liquid without lifting the lid.
