Silicone Egg Ring - Avanti

This silicone egg ring shapes fried eggs, pancakes, hash browns and mini burger patties into a neat, even circle, holding everything in place while it cooks so there is no chasing runny whites around the pan.

Made from hygienic, durable food-grade silicone that will not absorb flavours or smells, the ring measures approximately 8cm in diameter and 1.5cm deep, and is heat resistant to 240°C. The soft silicone is suitable for use on non-stick surfaces, and a raised lifting handle keeps fingers clear of the hot pan while the flexible ring releases food cleanly once cooking is done. Designed in Australia by Avanti. Each ring arrives in a randomly assigned colour - red, yellow, blue or lime - adding a cheerful splash to the kitchen bench.
