Made from heavy-gauge carbon steel with no synthetic non-stick coating, it is PFAS-free, PFOA-free and PTFE-free, and arrives pre-seasoned and ready to cook straight from the box.
Constructed from 2mm heavy-gauge carbon steel, the pan heats quickly and evenly across the ridged cooking surface, developing a natural non-stick patina that improves the more it is used. Suited to gas, electric and induction cooktops, the pan is oven safe to 300°C and fitted with a sturdy handle designed for control at high heat. Measures 26cm x 28cm.
