To use your egg poacher, we recommend the following steps:
- Fill the pan up to the handle rivets with water.
- Insert the trivet and cups, then place the tempered glass lid on top.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Crack eggs into cups (note: oil or butter can be added first for taste).
- Replace the lid and leave for approximately 4 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 6 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
- If the eggs stick, you can use a silicon or plastic knife to assist in removal.
- Caution: Steam can be quite hot when removing the lid. Remove the lid by lifting it away from you.
