A carbon steel wok built for fast, high-heat stir-frying, the Evolv 35cm wok heats quickly across its curved carbon steel body to sear vegetables, noodles and proteins the way a traditional wok should. Made from heavy-gauge carbon steel with no synthetic non-stick coating, it is PFAS-free, PFOA-free and PTFE-free, and comes pre-seasoned and ready to use.
The wok pairs a heavy-gauge carbon steel body with an acacia wood handle, keeping the grip cool and comfortable for two-handed tossing over high heat. The carbon steel surface develops a natural non-stick patina the more it is used, and is suited to stovetop cooking on gas or electric. Measures 35cm in diameter.
