This box of 10 Kayser chargers is filled with food-grade N2O (E942) gas, with each charger individually weighed to guarantee the correct 7.5g fill every time. Made from recyclable steel with a blue finish, the chargers are single-use only and cannot be refilled, so a fresh charger goes into the whipper's charging head each time more cream is needed. Screw the charger in, listen for the hiss as the gas releases, and the cream is ready to serve.
