This Cast Lite non-stick roaster is built from lightweight cast aluminium that heats quickly and evenly across the base. The premium non-stick coating means roasted vegetables, meats and tray bakes lift away cleanly with minimal scrubbing, and the pan moves straight from a hot sear on the stovetop into the oven without a change of dish.
Suitable for gas, electric and induction stovetops, the roaster is oven safe to 230°C, so it can start a dish on the stovetop and finish it under high heat. Cast aluminium is noticeably lighter to lift than cast iron of the same size, an advantage when a heavy roasting dish needs to come out of a hot oven. Measures 38 x 28.4cm, 5.5cm deep.
