This Mastercraft round pizza crisper uses a perforated carbon steel base so heat and airflow reach the underside of the dough, avoiding the soggy centre that a solid tray traps in steam. The non-stick coating is free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA, giving an easy release from the aerated base once the pizza is cooked through, with no need to grease the tray beforehand.
Rolled edges add strength and safer handling when the tray comes out of a hot oven, and the heavy-duty carbon steel base resists warping over repeated bakes at high heat, holding its shape wash after wash.
