This two-sided speed grater grates in a circular motion on one side and an up-and-down motion on the other, so one tool covers cheese, vegetables and chocolate without swapping graters.
Both sides carry the same coarse 6mm blades: the bottom face grates in a circular motion for carrots, cabbage and semi-hard cheese such as jarlsberg, while flipping it over gives an up-and-down action for faster work on larger pieces. A guide rim keeps grating on track in both directions, and the extra-wide plane suits larger blocks of cheese.
