To use your egg poacher:
1. Fill the pan with water up to the handle rivets.
2. Insert the trivet and cups, then place the glass lid on top.
3. Bring the water to a boil.
4. Crack eggs into cups (you can add oil or butter for taste).
5. Replace the lid and leave for approximately 4 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 6 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
