This ribbed cut and serve board combines carving, serving and juice control in one black board. Constructed from FSC-certified pine paper composite, the surface stays knife-friendly, non-porous and resistant to heat up to 175°C, making it a practical choice for slicing and carving at the table or bench.
Raised ribs lift meat away from pooling juices while a surrounding channel catches run-off, keeping the board and bench clean during carving. An integrated handle makes it easy to lift and carry between the kitchen and table, and non-slip silicone feet hold the board steady while you work. Woll finishes the board at 49 x 25 x 0.7cm, dishwasher safe though handwashing is recommended.
