Sylvan Rust Cushion – Madras Link

The Sylvan Rust Cushion carries a botanical print across a natural-toned cover, with rust waratah blooms and trailing eucalyptus foliage set against an undyed background. Its jute-piped edge grounds the print in something a little more textural than a plain cotton cushion, which is what lets it sit comfortably on a sofa, an armchair or the end of a bed without dominating the space around it.

Measures 50cm square and is made from a polyester linen blend cover with a jute piped edge, filled with a plump insert and closed with a concealed zip for easy laundering of the cover. As a Madras Link design, the waratah and eucalyptus motif draws on native Australian flora rather than a generic florals-and-foliage print, which gives it a more specific, local feel on a shelf or a sofa.
