Silicone Pastry Mat - Avanti

A silicone pastry mat gives a consistent, non-stick surface for rolling out pastry, dough or fondant without flouring the bench each time you bake, and without dough sticking or tearing part-way through rolling. Avanti's mat is made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone that stays flexible and rolls up neatly for storage between bakes.

Measures 49.5cm x 39cm, with circular guideline markings from 15cm to 38cm and both centimetre and inch measurements printed directly on the surface for precise rolling and cutting, cutting down on wastage, and the mat is oven safe to 230°C and freezer safe to -40°C, giving it more uses beyond the rolling pin.
