To use the Avanti egg poacher, follow these simple steps:

1. Fill a pan with about 2cm of water and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.

2. Lightly coat the inside of the poacher with oil to prevent the egg from sticking.

3. Crack an egg into the poacher and carefully place it in the simmering water.

4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the egg for 4-6 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness.

5. Once the egg is cooked, flip the poacher inside out to release the perfectly domed egg.
