The Dreamfarm Sharple is a self-sharpening peeler that keeps its edge honed automatically, so there is no more digging out a blunt peeler from the back of the drawer.
A built-in ceramic ball sharpener sits inside the protective blade cover and hones the Japanese stainless steel blade every time it opens and closes, keeping the edge consistently sharp without any extra step. The blade swivels to follow the contour of fruit and vegetables and minimise waste, and the handle is shaped for comfortable use in either hand, with drainage channels that stop water pooling during washing. A potato eye remover is built into the handle tip for the fiddly bits a blade cannot reach. Measuring 18.2cm long and weighing around 40 grams, the peeler is made from Japanese stainless steel and BPA-free, FDA and LFGB-approved plastic, and is dishwasher safe provided the blade cover is partially pulled down before washing.
