Impact Fry Pan 30cm - Scanpan

The Scanpan Impact Fry Pan is a 30cm stainless steel frying pan built for everyday searing, frying and sautéing on any cooktop, including induction.

Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a two-tone matt and polished exterior finish and a mirror-polished interior, the pan sits on a 6.4mm bonded sandwich base that combines an aluminium core between two layers of stainless steel for even heat distribution. The base works across ceramic, gas, halogen, solid plate and radiant ring cooktops as well as induction. Cast handles are secured with heavy-duty rivets for a stable grip, and the rim is shaped for drip-free pouring. The pan is oven safe to 220°C without a lid or 250°C with a lid fitted, and while dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend its lifespan.
