The Scanpan Impact Induction Roaster is a stainless steel roasting pan built for oven-to-cooktop-to-table use, with a heavy-duty impact-bonded base that spreads heat evenly for browning and roasting.
Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a satin and polished two-tone finish, the roaster measures 42 x 26 x 11cm externally and comes with a stainless steel rack measuring 35 x 24 x 6cm for elevated roasting. Riveted handles give a secure grip when moving the pan, and a drip-free pouring rim reduces spills when draining juices or transferring sauces. The roaster works on induction, ceramic, gas, electric and halogen cooktops, and is oven safe to 220°C with the lid on or 250°C without it, making it as useful for browning on the stovetop as it is for finishing a roast in the oven.
