An adjustable oven crisper turns an ordinary oven into an air-fryer style cooking surface, giving chips, pastries and roast vegetables a crisp, even finish without extra oil. Perforations across the surface let hot air circulate freely around food, so every side browns rather than just the underside sitting flat on a tray, and there is no need to turn food over partway through cooking.
Built with a non-stick open-mesh design that is heat resistant to 260°C (500°F), the mat has extendable handles that fit oven widths between 41 and 49cm. It measures 31 x 41cm closed, and stores easily — leave it in the oven, or fold it and put it in a cupboard. Butter and cooking fat are unnecessary. Cleaning is a wash in warm soapy water, and the mat is dishwasher safe and reusable. Made in Belgium.
