The Dreamfarm Ozest Speed Zester Fine turns a fiddly kitchen task into a two-second job, with a concave grater plate that pulls zest from citrus, cheese and nuts fast and cleans itself at the push of a button.
441 super-fine, photo-etched blades sit across the concave 1mm plate, angled to lift fluffy zest while leaving the bitter white pith behind. The curved shape increases contact with whatever is being zested and guides the shavings down into the base, which doubles as a zest catcher holding up to two tablespoons. A snap-on cover protects the blades between uses and slides off in one motion when it is time to zest again. Measuring 32cm long and weighing around 100 grams, the zester is made from stainless steel, polypropylene and TPE, all BPA-free and FDA and LFGB-approved, and goes straight into the dishwasher afterwards.
