This Splendid Fairy Wren tea towel brings Katherine Castle's soft watercolour bird portrait to everyday kitchen drying duties, its cotton twill weave standing up to daily wiping of dishes, glassware and benchtops without the colour fading quickly.
Made from durable cotton twill, the design is adapted from Castle's original oil painting and marks ten years of her collaboration with Maxwell & Williams' Birds of Australia range, which also includes matching mugs, plates, placemats and coasters featuring the same fairy wren artwork. Measures 50 x 70cm. Wash separately before first use, then launder on a cold, gentle machine cycle without bleach or a tumble dryer, and lie flat to dry to keep the print looking its best.
