This Essteele Per Salute 32cm covered stirfry is built for high-sided cooking, giving enough depth for stir-fried vegetables, curries, fried rice and one-pan noodle dishes. Made in Italy from cast aluminium, the pan pairs a diamond-reinforced nonstick interior with the ultra-resistant DuraShield barrier for lasting performance under high heat.
A slimline tempered glass lid with a built-in spoon-rest handle is included, so a serving spoon or ladle has somewhere to sit between stirs. The Thermotech handle indicator turns green once the pan has reached cooking temperature, and a phenolic handle stays comfortable to hold during stovetop use. The pan is suitable for all stovetops including induction, plus oven-safe to 180°C for finishing dishes in the oven.
