This Essteele Per Salute 28cm grill pan is built for chargrilled flavour at home, with raised ridges that sear steak, chicken, fish and vegetables while channelling excess fat away from the food. Made in Italy from cast aluminium, the pan combines a diamond-reinforced nonstick surface with the ultra-resistant DuraShield interior barrier for lasting performance under high heat.
Two pouring spouts make it easy to drain off fat or juices without lifting the pan far from the stovetop, and the Thermotech handle indicator turns green once the pan is up to cooking temperature. A phenolic handle keeps grip comfortable, and the pan is suitable for all stovetops including induction, plus oven-safe to 180°C for finishing dishes under the grill or in the oven.
