Made in Milan, the skillet is formed from a 7-layer aluminium construction and finished with a DuraShield nonstick interior that resists scratching and holds its release properties over years of regular use.
The Thermotech handle indicator turns green once the pan reaches the correct temperature, taking the guesswork out of preheating before food goes in. Suitable for every stovetop including induction, the skillet is also oven safe to 180°C, so dishes can move from stovetop to oven without changing pans. The nonstick coating is free from PFOA and nickel, allowing food to be cooked with little or no added fat while still releasing cleanly from the surface.
