The Thermotech handle indicator turns green once the pan reaches the correct temperature, removing the guesswork from preheating. Suitable for every stovetop including induction, the hotplate is also oven safe to 180°C, so food can move straight from the stove to the oven to finish. The nonstick coating is free from PFOA and nickel, allowing food to be cooked with little or no added fat.
