The Essteele Per Salute 32cm open French skillet is a large-format nonstick pan built for searing, sautéing and family-sized meals, with cast aluminium construction and a diamond-reinforced DuraShield nonstick interior. Designed and made in Italy, it uses the same seven-layer build as the wider Per Salute range for durability under regular use.
A Thermotech handle indicator on the phenolic handle turns green once the pan reaches the correct temperature for cooking, removing the guesswork from preheating. The skillet measures 32cm across with external dimensions of 32W x 57L x 8.5H cm and weighs 1.7kg, giving it enough surface area for larger cuts of meat, fish or vegetables while remaining manageable on the stovetop.
