2 Tier Bamboo Steamer 26cm Davis & Waddell

A bamboo steamer brings a traditional way of cooking vegetables, fish, dumplings and dim sum into an everyday kitchen. Steaming keeps food moist and holds onto more flavour and nutrients than frying, without the added fat that comes from cooking in oil.

Made from natural bamboo, this Davis & Waddell steamer has two stacking tiers and a fitted lid so two dishes can cook at the same time over one pot of simmering water, rather than steaming everything in batches. Measures 26cm diameter and 16cm tall, sized to sit over a wok or saucepan without any extra equipment. Hand wash in warm water and air dry to keep the bamboo in good condition, and avoid the microwave and dishwasher, both of which will damage the material over time.
