The 8-cup work bowl includes measurement markings for accurate quantities, while the stainless steel blade and two reversible discs move between medium and fine slicing or shredding. High, low, pulse and off settings are controlled from a rubberised, wipe-clean touchpad, and an integrated feed tube allows ingredients to be added without pausing the machine. Typical tasks include chopping vegetables for salsa, kneading bread dough, grating cheese and pureeing soups. Removable parts are dishwasher safe and the housing is BPA-free.
