Cotton kitchen twine is a bench essential for trussing poultry, binding rolled roasts and holding stuffed cuts together through cooking, roasting or rotisserie work. Its natural fibre construction is both food safe and oven safe, so it can go straight into the roasting pan or onto the barbecue without a second thought.

This Avanti spool holds 100g of twine, running to roughly 60 metres, made from 100% unbleached cotton with no added dyes or preservatives. The extra length means one spool lasts through plenty of Sunday roasts and butchering jobs alike, and being biodegradable it breaks down naturally once its job in the kitchen is done. The plain cotton finish also keeps it food safe for direct contact with meat and poultry.
