The Avanti Digital Steak Thermometer takes the guesswork out of cooking meat to the right temperature, with a large, easy-to-read display and a stainless steel probe for fast, accurate readings.
The display reads from -40°C to 250°C (-40°F to 482°F) with a resolution of 0.1 degrees, and toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit at the touch of a button. A built-in backlight switches on automatically for ten seconds at a time, making it easy to check readings in low light, and the unit powers down on its own after 45 minutes of inactivity to save the two included CR2032 batteries. Clean the probe with a damp cloth rather than submerging it in water.
