The Solidteknics AUS-ION 20cm frypan is forged from a single seamless sheet of Australian wrought iron, sized for everyday eggs, sauces and small-batch cooking without taking up the whole stovetop.
Like the rest of the range, it carries no synthetic coating of any kind. The pan arrives pre-seasoned with non-GMO rice bran oil and builds a natural, durable cooking surface the more it is used. At 3mm thick and roughly 1.08kg, it has a 16cm cooking base and 1.1 litre capacity, light enough to handle one-handed while still holding heat well. The vented handle is designed to dissipate heat and stay cooler during stovetop cooking. Made in Sydney from clean Australian iron, it works across induction, gas, electric, oven, barbecue and campfire.
