The Nostik BBQ Liner sits directly on the grill plate to stop food sticking and catch drips before they hit the coals or burners.
Sized 50 x 40cm, the liner is made from PTFE-coated fibreglass and is heat resistant to 260°C (500°F), and can be trimmed to fit smaller grills, oven trays or baking sheets. Its non-stick surface means sausages, seafood and vegetables lift off cleanly instead of tearing or sticking, and it also doubles as an oven tray liner for keeping the oven floor free of spills. Placed over the grates, the liner stops delicate fish fillets and small vegetable pieces falling into the coals while still letting the food take on proper grill flavour.
